I wanted to try something new so I designed and created a card game called Spacecraft. This is a two player card game which is a race to assemble your spacecraft first, making sure your opponent doesn’t get there before you.
In this game there are are Part cards, Revenge ( or Bomb) cards and Magic Cards. You can stall for time so you can build your spacecraft by attacking the other player using the Revenge cards which do anything from forcing the opponent to trade with you to stealing their nuts and bolts to making them rust. You can decline any of these attacks with your homing missile. Magic Cards allow you to pick up cards of your choice, reverse someone’s attack and pick up the top 3 cards.
I have a lot of fun playing this card game with my friends, the satisfaction of wiping out their metal supplies when they are about the complete their spacecraft is excellent. It’s hard to beat me cause I invented the game! I enjoyed making the card game so much that me and a friend called William are designing a new card game ..watch this space.
